AC Repair in Fate

Fate is one of the newer boomtowns in the DFW exurbs, growing fast along the I-30 corridor east of Rockwall. Almost all of the housing stock is post-2010, with large master-planned communities that went up quickly to meet demand from people priced out of closer suburbs.
